Payments
Payments made to the WAxit Party are made securely via the Online Transact payment gateway. All online transactions performed on this site using the Transact gateway are secured payments encrypted using a 128 Bit SSL Certificate. WAxit Party does not see, collect, or store your credit card details. All transaction data is encrypted and stored within Transact Data Centre and you should review the security and privacy policy of NAB Transact before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy
Membership of the WAxit Party can be canceled at any time by contacting membership@waxit.org
Membership payments made to the WAxit Party are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds for part-year cancellations.

In the instance where a bona fide error has been made while completing a membership application, a request for a refund may be made by contacting membership@waxit.org within 24 hours of the payment being made. We will endeavor to process your refund within 60 days.
How we deal with Complaints or Requests
You may request access to Personal Information about you that we hold and you may ask us to correct your Personal Information if you find that it is not accurate, up-to-date, or complete. You may also make a complaint about our handling of your Personal Information.
